Description: Organization: WHF / Doctor Line Foundation Position: Fundraiser / Fundraising Executive Employment Type: Target-Based / Commission-Based Location: Field / Remote / Jammu & Kashmir Job Role The Fundraiser will be responsible for generating financial support for the organization’s charitable and community-development projects by identifying potential donors, explaining the organization’s work, and building long-term donor relationships. Target & Commission Fundraising Target: ₹5,00,000 Commission: 10% of eligible funds successfully raised and received. Example: ₹5,00,000 × 10% = ₹50,000 commission Commission will be payable according to the organization’s approved fundraising and payment policy and after the donation is successfully received and verified. Description: Job Title: Community Mobilizer Department: Community Development / Health / Education Education: Promote school enrolment, regular attendance and community participation in education programmes. Women Empowerment: Encourage women's participation in awareness programmes, skill development and self-help groups. Project Implementation: Support the implementation of NGO projects and community-based activities. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Panchayats, local leaders, ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, teachers and government departments, as relevant. Documentation: Maintain beneficiary registers, attendance sheets, activity reports, photographs and field visit records, with appropriate consent. Monitoring and Reporting: Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor. Grievance Support: Listen to community concerns and refer issues to the appropriate project team or service provider. Follow-up: Track beneficiary participation and follow up on referrals and services. Organization: doctor line foundation Reports To: Project Coordinator / Programme Officer Job Location: Field-based Employment Type: full Job Purpose The Community Mobilizer is responsible for connecting the organization with local communities, identifying their needs, encouraging participation in development programmes, and ensuring effective implementation of project activities at the grassroots level. Minimum: 10+2 or graduation, depending on project requirements. Preferred: Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Public Health or a related field. Experience in NGO programmes, community outreach or field mobilization is desirable. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, smartphones and digital reporting are preferred.
